Click IP and you can check the relative information, as shown below.

Check specific IP
  1. Enter the specific IP address in the textarea to check the corresponding IP information, as shown below:

  2. Click Location and you can check the corresponding IP information by choosing the location you need to check, as shown below.

  3. Click Status and you can check the corresponding IP information by ticking the status you need to check. Then click Confirm to finish, as shown below:

  4. Click Zone and you can check the corresponding IP information by ticking the zone you need to check. Then click Confirm to finish, as shown below:

  5. Click Purchasing Method and you can check the corresponding IP information by ticking the purchasing method you need to check. Then click Confirm to finish, as shown below:

Add reserved IP

Note:
You can add reserved IP on the IP or Instances page;
If you need to add new reserved IP, please keep your account balance sufficient.

Add reserved IP on the IP page:
  1. Click the + button on the upright corner to add a resrved IP, as shown below:

  2. In the “Add Reserved IP” window that pops out, choose the quantity and the bandwidth you need, enter the login password, then click Pay to finish the payment, as shown below:

Renew IP

Note:
You can renew the separate IP on the IP page; if your IP is bought in package, please turn to the Instances page to renew it.

Renew IP on the IP page:
  1. Click IP then choose the IP that you need to renew and click Renew, as shown below:

  2. In the “Renew” window that pops out, choose the duration that you need to renew, then enter the logging password and click Pay to complete, as shown below:

Unbind IP

Note:
You can unbind the separate IP on the IP page; if your IP is bought in package, please turn to the Instances page to unbind.

  1. Click IP then choose the IP that you need to unbind and click Unbind, as shown below:

  2. In the “Unbind” window that pops out, please fonfirm the information and then click Unbind to complete, as shown below:
