You can create an instance on the MySQL page: click the blue string create an instance

button on the upright corner and it will turn to the purchasing page, as shown below:
On the purchasing page, you can adjust the Location, Version, Series, Storage Type, Product, Storage Space, Quantity and the Duration as you need, then click Buy Now
to turn to the order page, as you can see below:
On the order page, please confirm the Order details and you can choose to pay by Balance or with PayPal, as shown below:
Note: If you need to pay with your balance, please keep your account balance sufficient.
On MySQL page, select the instance to be managed, click Manage
in the Actions colomn and then you can view and manage the Basic Information, Accounts, Databases, Backup & Restoration, Monitoring, Logs, and the Parameters sections, as shown below:
On Basic Information page, you can view the Basic Information, Connection Information, Running State, Configuration Information and the Usage Statistics of the instance. You can rename your instance in the Basic Information part by clicking the blue icon beside the name, as shown below:
In the pop-out window, enter a new name in the textarea as you need, then click Done

On Basic Information page, click Apply for Public Endpoint
in the Connection Information part, as shown below:
In the pop-out window, read the note and click Confirm

After applying for public endpoint successfully, a public IP address will be given below, and you can click the blue writing icon next to the blue string to edit the extranet address as you need, as shown below:

You can edit the maintainable period in the Configuration Information part on the Basic Information page. Click the blue writing icon next to the maintainable period, as shown below:
