Purchase an SSL certificate instance

1. On the SSL Certificate page, click the blue string purchase a SSL certificate or click the + button on the upright to create a certificate and it will turn to the purchasing page, as shown below:
   

2. On the purchasing page, there are 5 certificate types, 4 brand types and 3 domain types and you can choose whichever you need, and explanations for each of them please refer to the Note below. After that, please click Buy Now to turn to the order page, as you can see below:
   

3. On the order page, please confirm the Order details on the left side of the page and you can choose to pay with Balance, Wechat or PayPal, as shown below:
   

4. Please note that if you need to pay with your balance, please keep your account balance sufficient. If you succeed in paying the instance, it will turn to a new page and you can cilck Go to Console and start to manage the SSL Certificate, as shown below:
   

Note: Explanations for the 5 certificate types, 4 brand types and 3 domain types are as follow:

Certificate type:

1. Ordinary (DV): Domain-type encrypted SSL certificate, with https prompt and green lock mark on the browser. The domain name ownership is verified to meet the needs of binding multiple domain names and pan-domain names. It is issued quickly, economically, and protects website data security. It is suitable for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises.
2. Enhanced (OV): Enterprise-level encrypted SSL certificate, https prompt and green lock mark on the browser. It is the best choice for small and medium-sized enterprise applications and e-commerce services to perform strict identity verification on the applicant company and protect the transmission of sensitive data on internal and external networks.
3. Professional (OV Pro): The professional version of the enterprise-level SSL certificate has an https prompt and a green lock mark on the browser. Support ECC encryption algorithm with higher security strength, and provide vulnerability assessment service. It is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises that have higher requirements for data security.
4. Enhanced (EV): Enhanced encrypted SSL certificate has https prompt on the browser and displays complete unit name. The most stringent identity verification is performed on applicants, with the highest level of trust. It is suitable for large-scale enterprises, financial institutions and other institutional platforms.
5. Advanced (EV Pro): Enhanced professional version of SSL certificate has better encryption performance and https prompt on the browser and displays the complete unit name. The most stringent identity verification is performed on applicants, with the highest level of trust. It is suitable for large-scale enterprises, financial and other institutions that have strict requirements on security.

   Brand type:

6. RapidSSL: A brand of GeoTrust that provides a simple version of SSL certificate for low-end users.
7. Thawte: First SSL certificate authority outside the United States and currently holds 40% of the global SSL market.
8. GeoTrust: World’s second-largest digital certificate authority, a leader in identity authentication and newcomer authentication, is also a Symantec SSL certificate brand, which is a cost-effective choice.
9. Symantec: Largest information security vendor and service provider, and the most authoritative digital certification authority, provides network security solutions for enterprises, individual users and service providers.

   Domain type:

10. Single Domain: Protect a domain name or a subdomain name. For example: If you apply for example.com, the certificate will protect www.example.com and example.com; if you apply for cache.example.com, the certificate will only protect cache.example.com.
11. Wildcard: Protect all sibling subdomains of a wildcard domain name. For example: Apply for *.example.com, the certificate will protect all his subdomains at the same level (www.example.com, admin.example.com, cache.example.com, etc.).
12. Multiple Domains: Protect multiple domain names, including different first-level domain names or different subdomain names. For example: For 3 domain names (www.example.com, www.subexample.com, cache.example.com), you only need to buy 1 multi-domain certificate and choose 3 domain names.

Verify certificate

Fill out application

1. On the SSL Certificate page, click Verify in the Action column, as shown below:
   

2. In the pop-out window, enter a domain to be protected, and choose the company type as you need, then enter the related information in the textarea as you need. Then click Next to continue, as shown below:
   

Upload verificaation material(optional)

1. After filling out the application, you can choose to upload the verification material: click Upload Business Liscence and then upload the business liscence, as shown below:
   

2. After uploading the liscence, click Done to complete, as shown below:
   

View certificate

1. After verifying the certificate, click View in the Action column, as shown below:
   

2. On the new page that it turns to, you can view the basic information, application information and domain list of the instance, as shown below:
