On the Elastic Load Balancer page, click Instance Management
and then click the blue string create an instance

button on the upright to create an instance and it will turn to the purchasing page, as shown below:
On the purchasing page, please select the location, instance type, IP version, specification, bandwidth, instance name, billing type and the duration of the instance as you need. After that, please click Buy Now
to turn to the order page, as you can see below:
On the order page, please confirm the Order details on the left side of the page and you can choose to pay with Balance, Wechat or PayPal, as shown below:
Please note that if you need to pay with your balance, keep your account balance sufficient. If you succeed in paying the instance, it will turn to a new page and you can cilck Go to Console
and start to manage, as shown below:
On the Elastic Load Balancer page, click Instance Management
, then select the instance you need to renew and click Renew
in the Action column, shown as below:
In the pop-out window, confirm the instance that you need to renew, then select the duration you need to renew and then enter the login password. Click Pay
to complete, shown as below:
Note: If you need to renew the instance, please keep your account balance sufficient.

In Health Check part, you can set health check as you need: click the switch button to switch on the health check, then set the health check port range, responce timeout, inspection interval, health threshold and the unhealth threshold as you need and then click Next
to continue. Or you can just ignore this if you do not need health check, just click Next

Note: For the Health Check Port, the back-end server port is used for checking by default, and it is recommended to leave it blank unless a specific port is specified
In the Configuration Check step, please check the previous settings you have set and you can click Edit
to reset the configuration as you need, then click Done

After successfully adding the listener, you can configure the access control: click Config
in the Access Control column, as shown below:
In the pop-out window, click the switch button and please note that: after enabling access control, you can configure the access control policy to allow or prohibit certain specific IP access to load balancing. Then select the access control method and policy group as you need. Click Done

After successfully adding the listener, you can configurate the listener on the Manage page: click Listener

For the Health Check Method, when using HTTP protocol for health check, GET method request is used by default.
For the Health Check Path, it is used for the URI of the health check page file, and it is recommended to check the static page.
For the Health Check Domain, by default, the intranet IP of each back-end server is used as the domain name.
For the Health Check Port, the back-end server port is used for checking by default, and it is recommended to leave it blank unless a specific port is specified
In the Configuration Check step, please the previous settings you have set and you can click Edit
to reset the configuration as you need, then click Done

After successfully adding a listener with HTTP protocol, you can configurate the forwarding rule of the listener on the Manage page: click Listener

In the poop-out window, read the notes and please fill in at least one of the domain name and URL according to the requirement in the notes above, then select a server group and you can also remark it if needed. Then click +Add Forwarding Rule(s)
