解决方法：
在配置文件中加入 bind-process 2 ，让它跑在两颗CPU上 ，就不会出现错误讯息了。
frontend http_gsres
bind *:8090
mode http
option httplog
log global
bind-process 2 #此行为上面加入到配置文件当中的
default_backend www_gsres
再次启动haproxy一切正常！
