ORA-39213: Metadata processing is not available按照提示进行操作，解决问题：
根据oerr ora 39213提示，执行exec dbms_metadata_util.load_stylesheets;
[oracle@data ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Feb 5 09:59:26 2020
Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle. All rights reserved.
Connected to:
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
SQL> execute dbms_metadata_util.load_stylesheets;
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
SQL> exit
Disconnected from Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
