本节简单介绍了PostgreSQL的后台进程:checkpointer,主要分析CreateCheckPoint函数的实现逻辑。

一、数据结构

CheckpointerShmem
checkpointer进程和其他后台进程之间通讯的共享内存结构.

二、源码解读

CreateCheckPoint函数,执行checkpoint,不管是在shutdown过程还是在运行中.
