修改 urls.py 文件，才可以
from django.conf import settings
from django.conf.urls.static import static
urlpatterns =[
... # your urls setting.
] + static(settings.MEDIA_URL, document_root=settings.MEDIA_ROOT)
修改后图片可访问。
