1.创建maven工程

2.在pom.xml文件中添加依赖项

    3.创建文件 spring-mvc.xml

4.配置web.xml ， 加载 spring-mvc.xml

    5.创建控制层代码 IndexController.java

在地址栏输入http://localhost:8080/工程名/index就可访问index.jsp
