Exchange 2013 CU11安装错误

最近一个朋友问我，说他安装Exchange 2013安装时候报了一个错误，不知道咋回事，问我遇到过吗。

问题描述：

• 在Exchange Server 2013 先决条件检查时候，大约到90％ ，显示一个错误。Microsoft Exchange WMSVC的关键服务之一 无法启动。“Microsoft Exchange WMSVC cannot be started. “Microsoft.Exchange.Configuration.Tasks.ServiceDidNotReachStatusException: Service ‘WMSVC' failed to reach status ‘Running' on this server.”。

• 此外在事件日志中的错误：EVENT ID：1007，SOURCE：IIS-ISSManager

解决方案：

• 此问题的常见原因是WMSVC 证书已从服务器上的证书存储中删除，所以现在 管理服务没有分配导致问题的证书。

• 打开IIS（Internet信息服务）管理器并找到管理服务

• 打开管理服务选项，证书显示为空

• 只需在它的位置选择一个新的证书，应用更改并启动服务。

• 在应用证书准备就绪检查Microsoft Exchange Server 2013累积更新11安装程序通过和CU11的安装可以启动没有进一步的问题。
