12c broker fast-start failover - ORA-16820解决

大早上起来测试一波fsfl，遇到一个小问题记录一下。

DGMGRL> 
DGMGRL> show configuration;

DGMGRL> start observer;

DGM-16979: Unable to log on to the primary or standby database as SYSDBA
Failed.
DGMGRL> connect sys/sys   ##这里需要注意一下，使用sys用户连接
Connected as SYSDG.
DGMGRL> start observer
Observer started

#再次查看
[root@roidb01 ~]# su - oracle
