查看cluster的模式：crsctl get cluster mode status (standard or flex) ---12C才能执行
修改cluster的模式:crsctl set cluster mode flex
11G中grid的日志在如下目录：
grid cd $ORACLE_HOME/log/hostname/
12c 中RAC 分两种类型：
1． standard cluster
Name of alert log : alert.log
location of alert log: $ORACLE_BASE/diag/crs/hostname/crs/trace
2. flex cluster(与11G无变化)
Name of alert log : alert<hostname>.log
location of alert log: $ORACLE_HOME/log/hostname
在12C中通过adrci也可以查看出集群日志的路径
