Database altered.创建本地临时表空间，RAC比较适用，可以不同节点使用本地目录，使用各自临时表空间。
Oracle使用临时表空间顺序：
共享临时表空间-> 本地临时表空间->system表空间
SYS@czh29c > create local temporary tablespace for all test_local tempfile '/oradata/czh29c/ORCL/czhpdb1/test_local01.dbf' size 100M autoextend off;
