Use the following update site URL http://svn.codespot.com/a/eclipselabs.org/jsdt-jquery/updatesite
Convert you project to a JavaScript project if it is not already one Project → Configure → Convert to JavaScript Project..
Add a JavaScript Library Project → Properties → JavaScript → Include Path → Libraries → Add JavaScript Library...
Select jQuery jQuery Library → Next
Select the version of jQuery you want and hit Finish
jQuery should now appear in the list of libraries
