2. confluence 中文乱码的问题

   统计图形中的中文显示不正常,这是由于 JRE 环境缺少中文字库，或者相关库缺少国际化支持。

在linux 环境下，请按照下列步骤解决汉字方块问题：

1. 停止JIRA服务；
2. 在JIRA 安装目录下的jre/lib/fonts 下，新建fallback目录： mkdir fallback
3. 将任意的一个汉字字体ttf 文件复制到该目录下，比如，使用微软雅黑字体：msyh.ttf ；
4. 重新启动JIRA服务；

5. 查看出现方块的地方应该已经可以显示汉字了。
   Confluence 也需要这样操作，否则在汉化的宏中会有方块出现

6. confluence 迁移后面板上的“Popular”无内容的问题

解决方案：将原来的confluence-home目录的index文件夹复制过来即可。

4. confluence 手动备份出现超时错误的问题

原因：confluence用apache启动的，apache的mod_proxy连接超时

解决方案：

4.1 增加Proxy Timeout 值，默认是300秒

4.2 如果用的是apache2.1或者更新的的版本，在mod_proxy 配置里启用"keepalive" 参数，使任何防火墙都不会中断连接。

4.3 不用apache启动confluence

4.4. 分别备份database和confluence-home

5. confluence 定时备份手动备份失败，报错“java.io.IOException: No such file or directory”的问题

   解决方案1：
