性能测试:
本地笔记本,CPU: i5, 内存: 8G, win7_x64, python 2.7, neo4j comunity 2.0.

创建60000个CI, 耗时1分51秒, 平均1秒创建540个CI, 每个CI包含属性3-7个属性
