ORA-00600[2702]

问题描述：

1.导致节点异常关闭的原因：

ORA-15064: communication failure with ASM instance

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

硬件连接设备的问题，后已解决。

2.启动实例alert日志：

3.其它信息：

trc文件中没有其它明显报错信息；集群状态正常，2节点正常运行。

4.个人当前怀疑是undo 和 redo 存在问题，但仅仅是怀疑，等待解决方案，后续更新。
