racle的PL/SQL提供了Pipelined Table Functions特性用于把多行数据返回到调用者,可以有效的提升性能。 
在PostgreSQL中,可以通过在函数中利用SETOF或者RETURN NEXT来实现。

Oracle 
创建数据表,插入数据
