kpsewhich命令缺失导致jcvi运行报错

最近在linux系统下安装jcvi用来做共线性分析，安装时都很顺利，但是运行时总会报错。

MCscan报错信息：

搜索查询后知道是linux中缺少kpsewhich命令导致的，于是安装该命令，方法如下：

sudo yum install tetex-latex tetex-doc tetex-fonts
sudo yum install texlive tex-live-latex

安装好后再次运行，顺利通过。
