一、npm安装依赖失败问题

需要删除.npmrc文件

强调：不是nodejs安装目录npm模块下的那个npmrc文件

而是在C:\Users\{账户}\下的.npmrc文件

eg: 我的是C:\Users\zhuzhu，下面有一个.npmrc

四、 npm ERR! code EEXIST（文件已存在，拒绝删除）

问题描述：
